H.E. Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States and International Organizations of the Secretariat of State to the Holy See, met with H.E. the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Holy See (non-resident), Sheikh/ Mohammed bin Youssef Jassim Al Thani, in Vatican City, on the occasion of the end of his term.
