The Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Croatia participated in the 27th European - International Competition in Memorization and Recitation of the Holy Qur’an, held in Zagreb (23-25 September, 2021), organized by the Meshihat of the Islamic Community in Croatia and the Majlis of the Islamic Community in Zagreb under the auspices of the Ministry Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in the State of Qatar.

Qatari Representatives from Ministry Awqaf and Islamic Affairs were as follows:

• Mr. Nasser Al-Sulaiti - Director of the Public Relations and Communications Department.

• The judge Mr. Mallalah Al-Jaber - Director of the Department for Religious Call and Guidance.

• Contestant: Mr. Hamad Abdullah Tayes Al-Jumaili.

• Mr. Adil Mohammed Al Basiri
