The Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Croatia delivered on Thursday 24th September 2020,  medical aid from Qatar Charity to the maternity hospital in the Croatian capital, Zagreb, to help mitigate the effects of the earthquake that struck Zagreb in March, and caused severe damage.

The delivery of the medical aid was attended by Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health of Croatia Dr. Zeljko Plazonic, Assistant Minister of Foreign and European Affairs for Economic Cooperation in Croatia Mrs. Ivana Zivkovic, Acting Charge d'Affairs at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Croatia Roumy Mahanna Al-Naimi, and a number of Croatian officials.

The Croatian officials expressed their thanks and appreciation for the Qatari donation that will help overcome the crisis that the Croatian health sector is going through as a result of the earthquake and combat its effects.
